AMOURRAHAIR — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Amourrahair, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on any used, worn, or opened items.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchanges are only available in the case of:

  • An incorrect item sent, or
  • A confirmed error on our part

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • Email shopamourrahair@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if a refund or exchange can be issued.

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

  • All orders include tracking information, which is sent to your email once your order ships.
  • Amourrahair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier.
  • Any issues must be filed directly with USPS using your tracking number.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Please carefully review all items, shipping addresses, and details before checking out.
